The three-floor dwelling house was built in 1916 – 1917 in the architectural forms of the late modern. In 1937, during the first reconstruction, all the elements of the architectural decor were destroyed. Later the additional fourth floor was built on.
The project of the reconstruction
According to the project of reconstruction there was made the re-plan of the four floor's apartment and built on the attic floor.
Also where restored the facades and reactivated the lost architectural elements.
