The two-floor dwelling house was built in 1906 – 1907. The third floor was build in 1950 – 1951. By the result the main facade loose the initial kind of its architectural details.
According to the project of reconstruction and overbuilt of the mansard floor the decorative design of the both superstructures has been harmonized with the authentic facade, the elements of the architectural decor have been coordinated in the uniform composition.
Also there was made the re-plan of the premises for creation in the buildings volume the modern and comfortable dwelling and at the same time – for increasing of the total area in account of the transformation the attic floor into the mansard residential one.
According to the archive documents there were restored the contour, the damaged fragments of the stucco moulding, the corbels and the decorative mould on the main facade. The roof has been toped by the attic with the openwork lattice. Also there was restored the initial color.
